Vin du Lac Winery of Lake Chelan, Washington, is seeking a full-time, permanent Senior Assistant Winemaker.
This position entails primary responsibility for planning and executing out all daily winemaking functions at a 10,000 case winery, under the direct supervision of the head winemaker. The position will also entail vineyard work and supervision.
The ideal candidate will possess at least several vintages experience, preferably working in a boutique winery setting, and will also possess excellent academic credentials. The candidate should have a well-developed palate and sense of wine styles, so as to be able to regularly offer creative input into the winemaking process.
