My Wine Tastings - 2007 Glenora Pinot Blanc Barrel Fermented
Glenora’s Pinot Blanc show finesse and elegance, with a crisp, dry finish. Delicate pear and citrus flavors compliment a soft oak and vanilla bouquet. A brief fermentation in French oak barrels allows a balance of oak and fruit in the finish.
Glenora Finger Lakes Pinot Blanc is best when served with:
Poultry, Veal, Seafood, Pork, Cheese, Pasta and Vegetarian.

My Notes - Very light lemon color and not much hanging on the side of the glass. It give the impression of being a light weight wine. First taste goes to the top of your mouth and will stay there for a while. There is no sour with this wine. It will not hang on to the sides of your tongue or mouth. I stretched this bottle and had two glass alone and one with heavy bbq chicken and mac salad. It held its own. Then came the glasses with roasted pork chops and garlic couscous….and it still held it’s own.
I have a case of it on order at my local liquor store!!!
I rate this wine (Fantastic)
