Subject: White wine pairing
Content: My husband and I would like to have a white wine and food pairing party to convince some friends that there is more to life than cabernet! I figure 4 wines of different vatietals and a food to pair with each. I would love some suggestions that are not your normal pairings, and that really bring out the wines. Thanks!
